Fair Usage Policy for Proxypapa.com

Last Updated: 03/04/2025

This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) is designed to ensure that all users of ProxyPapa Proxy services have a reliable, high-quality experience. By using our services, you agree to abide by this FUP. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of Fair Usage

Our mobile proxies are shared and dynamic IP resources sourced from real mobile devices. To maintain performance and quality for all customers, usage must remain within reasonable and fair limits.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our mobile proxies:

  • High-Frequency Automation: Excessively aggressive scraping, crawling, or automation scripts that result in sustained, abnormal traffic volumes.

  • Spamming or Abuse: Use for sending unsolicited messages (email, SMS, etc.) or any spam-related activity.

  • Illegal Activity: Use for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, carding, phishing, or accessing restricted services.

  • Overuse of IP Rotations: Manually or automatically forcing IP rotations at a rate that disrupts the proxy pool or degrades performance for other users.

  • Port Scanning, DDoS, or Malware Distribution: These and similar actions are strictly forbidden.

3. Usage Limits

To protect the integrity of our network, we may apply the following limits:

  • Bandwidth Quota: Daily bandwidth usage may be capped depending on your plan and usage. Each proxy is limited to 15GB of data usage per day across all mobile proxies. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary throttling, suspension, or an automatic service pause until the following day

  • Concurrent Connections:  A maximum of 200 concurrent connections (threads) is allowed per proxy session. Surpassing this threshold may lead to automatic disconnection, throttling, or temporary suspension.

  • IP Rotation Rate: Excessive or abusive IP rotation requests (e.g., more than once per 5 minute interval) may trigger rate limits or account suspension.

4. Appeals and Contact

If your account is restricted under this FUP and you believe it was in error, you may contact our support team at [email protected] with relevant information.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this FUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance.
